Terms of Service

1. Website and demo

You may use this website and the synthetic workflow demo for evaluation and discussion. Demo companies, records, messages, events and outcomes are fictional. A demo does not prove that a model, connector, customer deployment, certification or production action exists.

2. Discovery requests

A form submission requests review; it does not book a meeting, create a contract or collect payment. NeuBlink may accept, decline or ask for more information. A request is considered received only when the approved delivery endpoint confirms it.

3. Services and statements of work

Any paid discovery, pilot, production deployment, managed support, data processing, security obligation, acceptance criterion or service level is governed by a signed statement of work or order form. Public prices are starting points and may change with scope, systems, data, vendor usage and customer requirements.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide lawful access to agreed systems, data and owners.
  • Review and approve workflows, content, tool permissions and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain responsibility for business decisions, regulated obligations and source-system accuracy.
  • Do not submit secrets or customer records through the public form.

5. No guarantee

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. NeuBlink designs validation, refusal and human-review boundaries, but no website statement guarantees revenue, containment, conversion, accuracy, availability or a particular business result. Outcomes are measured against agreed baselines.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Each party retains its pre-existing materials. A signed SOW defines ownership and licence terms for customer data, deliverables, prompts, evaluation sets and reusable implementation components. Do not misuse the site, probe protected systems, submit malicious content or attempt to bypass access controls.

7. Payment and suspension

Payment milestones, vendor costs, taxes, cancellation, crediting of discovery fees and suspension rights are set out in the applicable SOW. NeuBlink does not finance customer implementation work or begin production access without the agreed initiation payment and approvals.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The website and demo are provided for information and evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NeuBlink disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed SOW. Any liability limits and remedies are governed by that SOW.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with Lagos as the intended jurisdiction unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Questions: hello@neublink.com.
